Position: Organic Performance Specialist
Randstad is seeking a passionate and data-driven Organic Specialist tojoin ourdynamicteam. If you thrive on optimizing social media channels for maximum organic reach and engagement, have a keen eye for performance analysis, and a love for all things social, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
organic performance analysis: monitor, analyze, and report on the organic performance of Randstad’s social media channels across various platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and ASO – app storeoptimizationetc.) connected with the global programs, identifying key trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement to the specializations target audiences.
contentoptimization: collaborate with the content team to optimize organic content strategy based on performance data and insights. Provide recommendations on content formats, posting schedules, and engagement tactics to enhance organic reach and engagement.
competitive analysis: conduct regular analysis of competitor activities on social media, identifying best practices and opportunities for Randstad to differentiate itself.
stayup-to-date: keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in organic social media marketing, including algorithm updates, content formats, and engagement strategies.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
proven experience as an organic performance specialist, social media analyst, or similar role.
minimum 3 years of proven experience.
deep understanding of organic social media marketing principles and best practices.
strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
experience with social media analytics tools and platforms.
excellentcommunicationand presentation skills.
ability to work independently and as part of a team.
passion for social media and a strong understanding of different social media platforms.
