Job Overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist will serve as a vital link between our lead generation vendors, internal teams, and sales managers. The role focuses on optimizing lead flow, ensuring seamless data integration, and providing actionable insights through detailed reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with data engineers and lead vendors to ensure our lead automation systems operate effectively, thereby enhancing the performance of our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for lead vendors handling calls, form fills, and web traffic.
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure continuous and high-quality lead generation.
Data Coordination: Coordinate with data engineers to manage and optimize the data flow of the customer journey.
Ensure accurate integration of lead data into operational systems.
Reporting & Analysis:
Run daily, weekly, and monthly internal reports on leads generated and closing percentages.
Generate and distribute external reports reflecting lead performance metrics.
Analyze trends and identify issues in lead flow, providing detailed insights to sales managers regarding team performance.
System Testing & Optimization:
Conduct weekly tests of lead automation systems to ensure functionality and operational integrity.
Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with technical teams to implement enhancements.
New Partner Integration:
Support the onboarding of new lead partners.
Assist in the development and integration of their data automation processes to ensure alignment with company systems and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in marketing operations, lead management, or a similar role.
Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and automation tools.
Preferred experience: ringba, zapier, affiliate programs
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting platforms.
Basic understanding of data engineering concepts and the customer journey lifecycle.
Preferred experience: Ringba, Zapier, Salesforce, Excel.
Experience with lead automation systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
Okay with conflict and transparent communication.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
