Our client, an international financial institution, seeks an Investor Relations Marketing/ Sales Associate to manage corporate events including roadshows, conferences and travel. This is a dynamic and highly visible role within the firm and the outside investment community.
Maintain and develop relationships with investors including the preparation of marketing materials and investor communication.
Coordinate with the corporate team and analysts to schedule key conferences and roadshows.
Liaise with Sales and clients to prepare accurate management reports.
Responsibility for corporate events including booking travel, accommodations and presentation equipment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing/Communications
1+ year of related financial industry marketing relations experience
Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail
Authorized to work in the US
Compensation: $75k – $90k base + excellent benefits
