The average annual compensation of a first year sales Representatives is $90,000 – $140,000 , but for our top performers, the earning potential is dramatically higher. In your region, the top 10% of fully ramped Sales Representatives have averaged $ 309,714.44 in the past year.

What You’ll Do…..
Travel to the islands of Oahu(Hawaii), Maui, and Kauai during peak demand every few months. Paid housing included and potential to earn helicopter tour of the islands
Travel to other in demand markets once a month in California, Texas, New Jersey and more! (Housing included)
Embark on a career growth and self-development journey during our SUMMER PROGRAM from May 1st-Aug 31st
When not on a work trip expect to work normal schedule from our TEMECULA, CA location
Manage a territory going door to door for the company with a population of around 10,000 people
Become an expert in renewable energy and smart home products and their benefits to the consumer
Participate in ongoing training camps with a focus on team building and mentorship

Canvas neighborhoods and qualify homes for solar
Communicate with homeowners and generate interest while setting appointments
Help families save money through our consumer-focused sales practice
Be professional and courteous while educating homeowners

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive your own vehicle to various locations to canvass

The Average Annualized Compensation of Active Sales Representatives is the average annualized sales commission earned by all Vivint Solar Sales Representatives between January 2023 and March 2024.
