Outside Marketing Representative – Greenville Jobs in Greenville, SC at Southern Industries Home Improvements Llc
Purpose: The purpose of this position is to develop and execute a clearly defined marketing strategy across all platforms to support sales initiatives, while increasing brand awareness and driving traffic to our retail locations. The Marketing and Communication Director is responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, managing, and contributing to all aspects of marketing and promotions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for all advertising and promotional activities including print, digital, social media, multi-media and other messaging platforms.
Create annual marketing plan through collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Leadership teams.
Develop on-brand, compelling marketing and social media campaigns that support sales goals, drive brand awareness, and engage consumers.
Content creation, posting, and engagement across all owned channels.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and utilize data to drive and revise strategy.
Manage media requests and set up interviews with the appropriate members of the Sun King team.
Identify media opportunities that support brand strategies and create positive consumer and trade impressions.
Work closely with community/promotional partners (for profit or non-profit) to create partnerships, event experiences with Sun King products, promotions, and events.
Responsible for managing all external agency relationships for retail and brand programming.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Google, Facebook, Instagram, and X Analytics
Knowledge of search, geo-targeting, and social targeting
Strong computer literacy
Familiarity of both Windows OS and Apple OS
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point
Knowledge of website management through Squarespace
Excellent knowledge of social media sites
Must be energetic and outgoing
Valid liquor license
Education/Training/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/advertising or equivalent work experience
Previous promotions experience
Supervisory experience
Efficiency in understanding target markets
Reporting:
The Marketing and Communications Director reports to the Co-Founders/CEOs
