Who we’re looking for

We’re hiring a hands-on Paid Marketing Manager to lead & execute Reebelo’s paid marketing strategy on Google Ads and Paid Social. You will work closely with our business, tech and marketing team to build high-performing campaigns, expand new categories and optimize the ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize Reebelo’s performance marketing strategy through execution across paid channels: paid search (Google Ads, Shopping), social, display and affiliates

Monitor and adjust our marketing campaigns daily to increase our ROAS

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website experience, launch new categories and improve conversion rate

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies

What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience with Google Ads campaigns, including Google Shopping

Strong track record managing paid campaigns (Google, Tiktok, Facebook)

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Ideally, you have some additional experience in Paid Social, CRM or Display marketing

Excellent communication skills and a creative, startup mindset.

Expertise with attribution models, website tracking (Google Analytics) and conversion optimization

Ambitious and willing to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment
