About the Role:
As a Paid Media Junior Executive, you’ll play a key role in the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, and email marketing. Working closely with the wider marketing and eCommerce teams, you’ll gain valuable
hands-on experience
, learning how to manage budgets, track key metrics, and enhance campaign performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor daily campaign performance, providing reports and insights.
Support with ad copy creation and landing page recommendations.
Manage budgets and track key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to enhance performance.
Use data tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to drive insights.
Contribute to A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
A keen interest in paid media, digital marketing, and analytics.
Experience with
Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and social media platforms is a bonus but not essential.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to spot trends and inconsistencies.
A degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
