You’ll play a key role in leading and managing our paid media efforts and activity across several key accounts and channels, creating strategic media plans, and optimisation/creation of client campaigns. The role is critical to the growth of Arke Agency, as it delivers best-in-class

Seasoned Expertise:
You have 5+ years of relevant and
hands-on
agency/publisher experience in a Paid Media or Digital Advertising role, with experience managing campaigns across paid search, social, video, programmatic, D(OOH). Digital Knowledge :
Your digital expertise is extensive, with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and experience successfully managing complex digital projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
Experience with
tools like Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio is a plus! Skilled Communicator :
You are a skilled communicator with a demonstrated ability to excel in client and internal communications. Your exceptional influencing and negotiation skills ensure successful relationship management. Campaign Optimisation :
You have a strong background in optimising paid media campaigns to exceed KPIs, with a focus on
data-driven decision-making
and the ability to understand and manage multiple accounts for clients across a variety of industries. Challenger:
