Based at our Dubai HQ, you will havethe chance to significantly impact the business’sperformance and enhance our brand positioning, with theindependence to shape your role and achieve  this position, you will primarilyfocus on growth marketing, overseeing branding and performancemarketing activities in our key markets while contributing to ourglobal expansion strategy.
A critical aspect of this role willinvolve collaborating closely with internal and externalstakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment ofmarketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the wider marketingteam to define campaign objectives, target audience, and keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with overallbusiness goals.
Build, manage, and optimizepaid media campaigns across various platforms, including but notlimited to PPC, paid social, display and video, and contentpromotion.
Conduct in-depth market research andcompetitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industrytrends that can enhance our brand’s visibility andSOV.Manage and monitor paid media budgets,ensuring efficient allocation and
optimization
of resources toachieve optimal campaign performance.
Leveragedata and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness,identify areas for improvement, and make
data-driven decisions
toenhance performance.
Stay
up-to-date
with thelatest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, andindustry best practices to continuously improve our paid mediastrategies.
Work closely with creative andcontent teams to develop compelling copies and creatives thatresonate with the target audience and driveengagement.
Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of paid mediacampaigns with other marketinginitiatives.
Analyze and present campaignperformance reports to key stakeholders, providing insights andrecommendations for future improvements. Â Desired candidate profile Proven experiencedeveloping and executing successful paid media campaigns acrossvarious digital platforms.
At least 3 years ofrelevant working experience in a similar setting (tech, e-commerce,etc.).Excellent spoken and writtencommunication skills.
Bachelor’s degreein Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a relatedfield
Strong
analytical skills
and proficiencyin data analysis tools and  of digital marketing trends, tools, and bestpractices.
Excellent
communication
andcollaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functionalteams.
Results-oriented
with a strong drive forachieving and exceeding performancetargets.
Creative mindset with the ability tocraft compelling ad copy andcreatives.
Familiarity with digital marketinganalytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and mobile measurementpartners like Kochava, Adjust, andAppsFlyer.
Strong organizational skills and theability to handle multiple projects and deadlinessimultaneously.
