We’re on the lookout for a talented Copywriter who loves writing and is eager to refine their skills through constructive feedback. This is an ideal role for a college student or busy parent juggling multiple priorities but still craving a creative, flexible opportunity.
We require online Slack check-ins 4-5 days per week during business hours, but beyond that, you have the freedom to work when it fits your schedule. We’re a fun, supportive, and currently all-female team that values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the needs of our clients.
Website Strategy: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the needs of our clients.
Copywriting: Develop persuasive and compelling copy for social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and website content.
Client Communication: Maintain professional communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Experience
Must have or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or have a strong interest in digital marketing and Search Engine Optimization.
Knowledge of Squarespace and Wordpress websites a plus (we can train you!)
A passion for writing and the ability to craft compelling copy.
Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
Comfortable working in a professional setting and collaborating with a team.
Excited to learn about digital marketing + search engine optimization (SEO).
This is a remote, work-from-home position that requires a proactive self-starter who can effectively manage their tasks and stay on track independently.
The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable, and dedicated to helping female-owned businesses succeed in the digital landscape.
