About our client:
We are a leading provider of digital marketing software, seeking an Account Manager tojoin our growing team. The AM will manage client relationships, ensuring they maximize the value of our retail media platform to enhance campaign performance. This role requires a strong understanding of Retail Media, Digital Advertising, excellentcommunication skills, and aresults-driven, consultative approach to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to deliver strategy for campaignoptimizationon platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Onboard and train clients to effectively use our platform for day-to-day campaign management.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Continuously share actionable recommendations to help clients improve performance and adopt new platform features.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to drive platforminnovationand meet market needs.
Support senior team members in fostering client retention and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Success in This Role Includes:
Driving adoption of new platform features and delivering year-over-year growth for client accounts.
Providing actionable, data-driven marketing recommendations during regular client engagements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Helping to grow clients’ investment and confidence in the platform.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience running Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze large datasets to derive insights.
Experience with other advertising and marketing platforms is preferred, along with familiarity with agency environments.
Strongempathyfor clients, acustomer-focusedmindset, and excellentproject managementskills.
A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.
