This is the right opportunity for a person with 3-5 years in product marketing role as a leader of the team, experience in open source/infrastructure/security/databases or related sectors, strong background in working on existing as well as new products and maximizing the ROI on marketing budget.
Requirements
✅ What you will be working on/responsible for
Scale and build out our product marketing team (incl. devrel, content marketing, events, sales enablement etc)
Create a scalable PLG motion to maximize overall revenue, leveraging continued self-serve growth while seamlessly handing off high-value opportunities to sales when appropriate
Elevate enterprise trust and credibility: elevate the visibility, image and recognition of LocalStack as a brand amongst mid market and enterprise segment
Maximise efforts of our Sales team by driving optimal enterprise sales messaging, positioning and materials.
Create the PMM strategy for new product launches
Drive bottom up and top down motion to maximise conversions to paid users
Drive messaging, market approach and positioning for LocalStack, including existing and new products, keeping in mind different personas
Create, track and drive the core KPIs for the team
Optimise ROI for a conservative marketing budget
Expand on existing marketing partnerships and create new ones (incl. blog posts, conferences, speaking opportunities etc)

Experience in a similar role, with preference given to candidates with direct experience in our domain
Data driven leader with experience setting up systematic tracking
