We are seeking a Paid Social Coordinator to join the team, an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our media company.
This position will work with publications across Firecrown’s portfolio of brands across the aviation, marine, hobby, and transportation industries.
As a Paid Social Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring their successful execution across various platforms (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation. You will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align paid social media efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including budget allocation, ad targeting, and ongoing audience development.
Conduct thorough competitor research and audience analysis to inform campaign strategies.
A/B test different ad variations to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition), and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular performance reports and present findings to the operations and marketing teams.
Stay up-to-date on the latest platform best practices and feature updates.
Manage and optimize social media ad accounts, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all social media platforms.
Track and manage social media advertising budgets effectively.
Identify opportunities to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
Prepare and present monthly paid social budget reports to management.
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Keep abreast of media industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the social media advertising space.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in paid social media advertising (minimum 2 years) with a strong track record of success.
Expertise in using social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social).
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet campaign deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience within paid media or a similar role within the media industry or agency setting. (preferred)
