Pivotal are working in exclusive partnership with an exciting luxury travel business who are undergoing a major digital transformation and is looking for a paid social manager.
As a world leading conservation and hospitality company, they are the proud custodians of our planet’s most significant wild places, which have been carefully chosen to be part of the collection for a specific purposes. Which are all linked to protecting the land and life that exists there.
The conservation flywheel gives them the opportunity to reinvest profits, providing support to schooling, water and food projects in Africa.
The Role:
Actively manage and carry out large-scale campaigns via various social ad platforms
Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies.
Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth.
Test, monitor and analyse performance and optimise according to KPIs.
Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate.
Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platforms developments.
Skills Required:
5+ Years of experience managing significant monthly user acquisition across social channels
Experience working with luxury brands or marketing to HNW’s
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, strong Excel skills.
Diligent, proactive, highly organised team player.
Ability to prioritise, plan and work independently, take initiative find answers and make informed decisions.
