A well-established, full-service marketing agency with over 30 years of experience, based in Westchester, is looking for a Paid Social Media Planner & Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse client base across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media and marketing, along with experience in paid social media campaigns. This role is client-facing and offers opportunities for growth.
Social Media Responsibilities/Skills
Strategize and manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities, including:
Develop and manage advertising campaigns on social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
Build and target audiences through geo-targeting, demographic and interest targeting, lookalike targeting, and retargeting
Create, curate, and manage all published content—including monitoring and optimizing content for performance
Develop relevant content topics to reach clients’ target customers
Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including knowledge of what type of content works best on each
Handle metrics tracking and reporting, generating performance reports and providing meaningful analysis of KPIs, including benchmarking, ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and overall campaign performance to optimize future strategies and improve effectiveness.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and results-driven working style
Qualifications
BS degree in Marketing, New Media, or a relevant field
Previous relevant work experience in paid and organic social media
Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Sprout Social
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Pay: $68,430.00 – $73,940.00 per year
