We are looking for passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist.
Position Overview: This individual would be responsible for producing the content that goes out on digital platforms.
This is a content production and distribution position which means a good understanding of photography, videography and editing of our online content. We are the premier family-owned marine retail dealer in Indiana and need someone that understands what it takes to capture the fun and excitement of boating and the great experience our customers get when they test drive their new boats on our lake.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Production: Produce high quality digital content for use on social media platforms, our company website, and on website blogs and Google updates
Technical Capabilities: Must have experience with digital cameras, editing software and flying a drone camera.
Creativity: Must be able to come up with fresh content ideas that produces results with most important KPIs being: increasing followers; engagement; and, ultimately and most importantly, lead production for the company.
Platform knowledge: Must understand all social media platforms such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Customer Relations: Ability to meet with our customers and do testimonials and interviews
– This is a full-time position that requires Saturday work, with a day off from Monday-Thursday.
– Ability to showcase previous experience and a portfolio is highly recommended

Job Type: Full-Time Position. Will require Saturday work, with a flexible day-off from Mon.-Thur.
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience, plus an opportunity to earn commissions when helping the sales team.
