Position Overview:
As a Research Assistant to the CEO of Choose Life Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by researching given topics and ideas to free up the CEO’s time to focus on more strategic activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collect data and create reports with your findings. Choose Life Marketing is a pro-life marketing agency. You will be responsible for researching a wide range of topics to support the CEO and Leadership Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to conduct quick, efficient research on various topics, such as finding companies to optimize media platforms (like YouTube) or researching ad costs for different platforms.
Capable of finding and compiling the latest polling data in specific regions and other market research requests.
Strong research skills to dig into topics and find relevant information within a short timeframe (around 30 minutes).
Bilingual capability is preferred but not a deal-breaker if the candidate is otherwise excellent.
Experience with research skillsets.
Ability to work independently and provide introspective analysis on research findings.
Familiarity with marketing and pro-life work would be beneficial.
Capable of understanding and responding to requests that may have minimal initial information, as executives often provide brief instructions.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong Data Review Skills
Excellent Information Dissemination skillset by report creation to compile data review in ways that are easy to understand for executives
Strong communication skills (via phone and email)
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Must be proactive and able to take projects and execute them with little guidance
Ability to understand the basics of marketing approaches
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move into a full-time role.

Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour
