Job Summary
Pillar To Post Home Inspectors of Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a part-time inside sales and marketing coordinator (approx 15 hrs / week.) to join our team. You will be responsible for activities to help expand our client base and foster relationships with real estate professionals within Somerset and Hunterdon counties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both inside sales and marketing, preferable in the real estate or related industry. The focus is to help generate new business, strengthen existing partnerships with realtors and improve our social media presence to increase referrals.

Work Location: Hybrid (Work remotely with some availability to drive to local real estate offices when needed)
Schedule: Flexible (15 hrs /week during normal business hours 9am -5PM M-F)

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with top realtors, brokers, and real estate teams
Conduct daily outbound calls, email campaigns to realtors and industry partners and build customer relationships.
Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze performance metrics.
Manage and maintain an active online presence, including social media platforms
Organize real estate office visits to engage realtors
Attend real estate networking events, open houses, and industry gatherings when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, or a related role preferably in the real estate or home services industry
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Interpersonal Skills: A positive outgoing self-starter with a strong work ethic, that has a good presence over the phone as well as in person and has exceptional relationship-building abilities is a MUST
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently to prioritize tasks
Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful in addressing realtor’s needs and achieving goals
