This role is responsible for all reservations in the motel and restaurant, greeting guests, booking events, handling of customer concerns, supervising housekeeping, and managing inventory, purchasing and basic office duties.

Qualifications
Proven management experience in client services or a related field
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Excellent communication and analysis skills
Supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team

Multilingual abilities are a plus
Strong negotiation and sales skills to enhance client relationships

Pay: $42,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
