W Design Interiors is an award-winning interior design firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team! This is a part-time position (Monday–Wednesday, less than 30 hours per week) with a pay range of $18–$21/hour and the potential for additional hours in the future. Typical hours for this role are 9:00am-5:00pm.
About the Role:
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, particularly with the upcoming launch of our Shopify storefront and bridal registry. This individual will assist with content creation, vendor coordination, e-commerce management, and showroom support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product descriptions and images for all inventory.
Edit and format product photography using Canva.
Support optimization of product visibility and ensure quality control of website listings.
Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Assist with new vendor relationships and onboarding.
Perform quality assurance on the e-commerce website, ensuring seamless functionality.
Assist with order fulfillment as needed.
Support general marketing initiatives, including social media, content creation, and branding efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Interest in e-commerce, marketing, and retail branding.
Proficiency in:
Canva (for editing and formatting product images)
Shopify (experience a plus but not required)
Microsoft Office Suite
Photoshop (preferred)
Excel (for tracking product and marketing data)
Strong adaptability and willingness to take on diverse marketing tasks.
