We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help refine our messaging, communicate our value, and build engagement with families, educators, and stakeholders. This is more than just a marketing role—it’s about understanding our audience and shaping how we present our mission and services.
Over Time, What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
1. Messaging & Brand Positioning
Develop and refine clear, compelling messaging that communicates the value of WHILDE’s coaching programs, assessments, and holistic education approach.
Help position WHILDE Evaluations as a must-have for parents, students, and educators.
Assist in defining WHILDE’s methodology and service offerings, ensuring consistency across platforms.
2. Content Creation & Communications
Write and edit blog posts, website content, newsletters, and case studies to educate and engage our audience.
Create informational materials, presentations, and reports that clearly outline the benefits of WHILDE services.
Develop FAQ documents, brochures, and marketing guides for potential clients and partners.
3. Community Engagement & Social Media
Manage and grow WHILDE’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with engaging and relevant content.
Develop and implement a content calendar for digital and social platforms.
Engage with online communities, educators, and parents to build relationships and increase awareness.
4. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts.
Monitor engagement and feedback to refine and improve marketing strategies.
Work with leadership to develop brand storytelling strategies that align with WHILDE’s mission.
5. Supporting Business Growth & Development
Identify and develop new communication channels and outreach opportunities.
Support partnership and business development efforts by creating compelling pitch materials.
Assist in launching and managing a monthly community program that fosters engagement and learning.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
Background in Marketing, Communications, Education, or Psychology.Strong writing and storytelling skills—experience in content creation, copywriting, or messaging strategy preferred.
Experience managing social media, email marketing, and digital engagement.
Familiarity with education, coaching, or holistic wellness topics is a plus.
Creative mindset—ability to develop innovative ways to engage and communicate with different audiences.
Excellent organization and project management skills—able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a startup-like environment—able to pivot and adapt as needed.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
· Experience with graphic design, Canva, or content creation tools.
· Experience with AI in education, gamified learning, or adaptive assessments.
· Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
· Background in school psychology, special education, or educational coaching.
· Experience working with nonprofits or education-focused organizations.
