Marketing Technology Specialist – Southern California
POSITION OVERVIEW
We seek a dynamic Marketing Technology Specialist to support our established sales team across Southern California. This role combines real estate industry expertise with technical knowledge to deliver technology solutions and training to both internal teams and realtor partners.
LOCATION
Southern California
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for sales teams and realtor customers on company products, services, and technology solutions
Travel throughout Southern California to deliver presentations and provide hands-on support
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions for customers
Create and maintain training materials and documentation
Provide strategic guidance on technology adoption and best practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales team members and realtor partners
Stay current with real estate market trends and technology developments
Required Qualifications
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the title insurance industry
Background in real estate or related field
Previous experience with real estate technology platforms
Training or teaching experience
Project management skills
Travel Requirements
Regular travel throughout Southern California required
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Success in this role requires a self-motivated individual who can build relationships, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $90,000 -$160,000 annually ) based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skill set, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
