Graphic Designer (Contract – $24/hr)
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid – Remote & On-Site as Needed 2 days/ week)

Pay Rate: $20-24/hour
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Houston-based Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis! This role is for a fast-paced, digital-first creative who specializes in social media graphics and ad creatives. You’ll work with our marketing team to produce high-quality, engaging content using AI-assisted tools and basic video editing skills (a plus!). Responsibilities:
– Design scroll-stopping social media graphics and ad creatives for paid and organic campaigns
– Develop engaging visuals for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
– Utilize AI-assisted design tools to enhance content creation and speed up workflows
Work closely with the marketing team to ideate and execute high-impact ad creatives
– Ensure designs are optimized for performance, branding, and audience engagement
– Basic video editing (motion graphics, short-form video clips, and animated text) is a plus
Requirements:
✔ Must be located in the Houston area
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro is a plus)
✔ Experience designing for social media and digital advertising (no print work currently)
✔ Fast-paced content and ad creative generation experience (8-16 content pieces / day)
✔ Familiarity with AI tools for design (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, etc.) is a plus
✔ Strong understanding of trending content formats and engagement strategies
✔ Basic video editing skills are a plus
✔ Ability to iterate quickly based on performance metrics and feedback
Approximate start date: April 1st 2025
