Summertown Metals, LLC is looking for a self motivated individual to lead our Marketing Department. This is a full-time position that comes with benefits such as accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, STD, LTD, life, 401K with a company match, PTO and Vacation time.

Key Performance Indicators:

Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sales, design, leadership, and the Customer Experience Team Manager to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Identify and promote trending buildings and homes that align with customer demand, ensuring marketing efforts are strategically targeted for maximum impact.
Showcasing Project Volume: Consistently capture and share unpolished photos and videos of homes and buildings under construction to demonstrate the vast number of projects completed each year. This transparency builds customer confidence, reinforces industry leadership, and showcases the company’s ability to deliver high-quality buildings at scale.
Campaign Execution & Impact: Plan, launch, and oversee marketing campaigns that align with company objectives. Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, reach the right audience, and generate measurable engagement, brand awareness, and sales impact.
Lead Generation & Sales Contribution: Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts in generating leads and driving conversions. Regularly analyze data to measure marketing-driven revenue impact and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Brand Consistency & Visibility: Maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence across all platforms, ensuring messaging, visuals, and tone align with company identity. Drive high-frequency posting of content to keep the audience engaged and informed about ongoing projects.
Marketing Performance & Optimization: Continuously analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Use data insights to refine strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and maximize marketing impact.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing expenditures to ensure cost-effective use of resources. Monitor budgets closely, optimize spending, and ensure all marketing efforts contribute to a strong return on investment.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Use insights to refine marketing approaches, identify new opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
