Summary
The Office of Communications is offering a highly motivated and organized professional the opportunity to serve in a team-based environment. This position coordinates and administers the College’s brand merchandise program and graphic production projects. Plans, organizes, implements, and coordinates the BCM Brand Merchandise program from concept design, project implementation, inventory management and cost outcome responsibility.
Job Duties
Responsible for the administration of the BCM brand merchandise program.
Assists customers with item selection, order entry, project production and fulfillment of merchandise orders.
Manages the BCM merchandise portfolio.
Coordinates projects to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
Coordinates and evaluates selection of merchandise and vendors.
Interacts with vendors on BCM brand merchandise program.
Assist graphic communications with order entry, customer service and production tracking.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
Seven years of directly related experience without a bachelor’s degree.
