As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our efforts in reaching new customers and strengthening our brand presence.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to help generate leads, manage marketing campaigns, and support sales activities. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and direct mail.
Research and identify potential business leads; assist with prospect outreach.
Maintain and update CRM databases with prospective client information.
Coordinate and schedule sales appointments and follow-up activities.
Support content creation for social media and promotional materials.
Help track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics.
Represent RCF Commercial Cleaning at networking events, trade shows, and community functions as needed.
Provide administrative support preparing proposals and marketing collateral.
Participate in weekly leadership team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales & marketing,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva or other graphic design software Familiar with CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging over the phone or in person with potential clients.

Pay is $17/hr plus performance based commission opportunities.
Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 20-25 hours per week). Potential for full time in the future.
