About the Role:
We are seeking adynamicand creative Partner Communications Specialist to become the voice of Confluent’s internal and external partner communications. This individual will play a key role in fostering clear, engaging, andimpactfulcommunications that strengthen our partnerships and promotecollaborationacross our internal Field team. The ideal candidate is articulate,innovative, and adept at managing multiple priorities andcommunicationchannels in afast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the primary conduit for allcommunicationwith our partner ecosystem, ensuring messages are consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand and business objectives.
Develop creative channels and tactics forcommunicationto enhance engagement among our partners, exploring new methodologies, platforms, and technologies that facilitate better interactions and information sharing.
Efficiently manage and prioritize incomingcommunicationrequests from teammates and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring timely and relevant responses that align with our strategic goals.
Oversee the collection and dissemination of internal win-wires, creating a compelling narrative of partner success stories to share across internal channels.
Develop and maintain an editorial calendar that ensures cross-functional visibility and alignment, facilitating a coordinated approach to partner engagement.
What You Will Bring:
3-5 years of experience in communications, field communications, partner marketing, or a related role.
Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Creative thinking and curiosity, with a willingness to explore new andinnovativeapproaches tocommunication.
Strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining a consistentcommunicationcadence amidst various requests.
Proven track recordof developing and executing successfulcommunicationstrategies and campaigns.
What Gives You an Edge:
Previous experience working in a B2B company or within a Partner organization, demonstrating an understanding of the unique dynamics and needs within these settings.
Familiarity with Tableau and the Asana work management platform.
