Job Overview
:
The VIce President of Sales and Marketing will oversee the entire marketing function, driving growth andbrand awarenessfor Hydration Room’s clinics and services. The role requires adynamicleader experienced in digital marketing, brand strategy, event marketing, and the opening and speed to ramp up new locations. You will work closely with theleadershipteam to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand presence and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities
:

Marketing Leadership
:

Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet KPIs.

Collaborate with the executive team to refine the brand’s positioning and competitive strategy.

Digital Advertising
:

Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including organic and paid search, social media marketing, and display advertising.

Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid social strategies to drive targeted traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI alongside an outsourced digital marketing agency.

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting tactics to ensure optimal results.

Brand Marketing
:

Drivebrand awarenessand loyalty through in-store promotions, advertising, andinnovativemarketing campaigns.

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining the integrity of the Hydration Room brand.

Work with design and content teams to develop high-quality creative assets for promotions, advertisements, and social media.

Pre and Post-Opening Marketing
:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for new clinic openings, including pre-launch buzz, local partnerships, andcommunity engagement.

Plan and execute opening events, promotions, and advertising campaigns.

Oversee post-opening marketing efforts to ensure sustained growth and client retention in new locations.

Event Marketing
:

Plan and execute brand-level and local clinic-level events to boostcustomer engagementand community outreach.

Coordinate with local businesses and influencers forcollaborativemarketing opportunities and events.

Track the success of events, making recommendations for future improvements.

Team Development
:

Recruit, mentor, and lead a growing team of marketing professionals, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.

Foster acollaborative teamculture, encouraginginnovation and creativity.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis
:

Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and understand competitor strategies.

Analyze customer insights and behavior to inform marketing strategies and decisions.

Requirements:

Qualifications
:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in aleadershiprole, preferably in thewellness, healthcare or retail sectors with at least a 50+ store footprint.

Proven track recordin digital marketing, brand management, and event marketing.

Strong understanding of paid advertising channels, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.

Excellentleadership,communication, andproject managementskills.

Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects in afast-paced environment.
