Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and support the boutique team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
Sales & Customer Experience: Assist customers with styling, make recommendations, and drive sales.
Social Media Management: Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, etc.), schedule posts, and interact with followers to grow our brand online.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and organized store layout.
Event Planning: Assist with in-store events, promotions, and collaborations.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels and assist with ordering new merchandise.
Qualifications:
Retail experience, preferably in a boutique or fashion setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Creative eye for styling, photography, and content creation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for fashion and trends.
