Job Description
Beverly Hills plastic surgery and aesthetic practice is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator with a strong sales, marketing, and administrative background.
This practice caters to an elite, high-profile clientele with a focus on natural looking results and a world-class experience. The surgeon’s approach is built on building an honest, long-term relationship with patients. Our practice’s focus is on providing customized, compassionate, and exceptional care for our patients. The practice specializes in facial plastic surgery and non-surgical cosmetic procedures including injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers, advanced lasers, skin care services, and more.
We strive to provide excellent customer service to both our existing and prospective patients. Responding quickly to inquiries and being proactive in meeting patient needs is of utmost importance. A positive, warm attitude and friendly demeanor is a must. The role will require you to lead the customer from initial contact (by Social Media, e-mail, or phone) to eventually booking a procedure or surgery and following them post-procedure. The patient’s experience should be as streamlined and pleasant as possible.
Responsibilities:
Empower patients to make confident decisions to undergo plastic surgery procedures (surgeries, injectables, lasers)
Participate in extensive phone conversations and in-person consultations.
Focus on selling, driving leads to sell, and other sales-related functions.
Coordinate and schedule patients’ procedures and surgeries
Coordinate Pre-op and Post-op appointments and paperwork for patients
Confirm that all Pre-op requirements/paperwork are complete, and that Pre-op information is sent to the appropriate surgery facility within appropriate time frame
Follow up with patients after surgeries and procedures to ensure their needs are met
Collect and record payments
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to provide materials needed for the practice
Check phone and email messages regularly and return calls in a timely manner
Respond to social media and website inquiries quickly
Respond to patient needs quickly and proactively
Develop and coordinate marketing strategies
Update information and photos on physician’s social media website for marketing purposes
Perform general office duties if needed
Be available to take on other tasks as needed. Candidate must be a team player.
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent
Prior plastic surgery or dermatology experience is required
Exceptional customer service skills
Expertise in social media especially Instagram and Facebook
Working knowledge of basic computer programs
Experience with EMR software is a plus
Strong writing and verbal skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete assigned tasks in a speedy and efficient manner
Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
Willingness to cross-cover other positions
Flexibility to respond to changing demands is required
A professional, polished appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
