We are seeking a Patient Coordinator/Educator to be the first point of contact for patients, inform potential new patients about the life changing benefits of BHRT, and build the Optimal Bio Brand. Please note this position is located full time in our Cary, NC location office and will require an in-person interview.
What you have:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience with relationship management, negotiation or influencing
1+ year of experience with branding or marketing
1+ year of experience in an office or medical setting
Experience using an EHR system preferred, but not required
Medical office experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time
What you’ll do:
Manage all front office functions including patient communication, check-in and check-out, scheduling, billing, patient questions and answering phones
Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance
Order lab work for patients
Prep procedure rooms (including cleaning and handling syringes)
Clean procedure rooms and bathrooms
Stock and track inventory
Contact and manage new patient lead forms
Conduct phone calls with potential new patients
Document all new patient calls and follow-up reports, updating CRM report
Help contact, organize, and build the business relationships in each market to enhance the visibility and growth of the Optimal Bio Brand
Attend partnership and sponsorship events
Help organize and create constant contact newsletter emails.
Assist in managing SMS follow-ups messaging and reports.
Assist with coordination of podcast scheduling and organize guest appearances for Optimal Bio.
Help organize and attend events and sponsorships for Optimal Bio.

Pay: $43,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year
