Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Care Marketing Coordinator to join our client’s home care team. This role is pivotal in driving client referrals and building strong relationships with CCOs, Children’s Care Management Organizations, and programs targeting children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).​
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage CCOs and their care managers.​
Create marketing materials that effectively communicate the benefits of our home care services to CCO stakeholders and clients.​
Identify and implement strategies to increase referrals from CCOs.​
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with representatives from Tri-County Care, Care Design New York, The Arc New York, and other CCOs and Care Management Agencies supporting children.​
Conduct regular outreach to care managers and service coordinators to promote our services.​
Represent the organization at community events, expos, and meetings to build brand awareness.​
Collaborate with the intake team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for referred clients.​
Serve as a liaison between care managers and our care team to address concerns and provide updates.​
Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve any service issues promptly.​
Track marketing efforts, referral trends, and client acquisition metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.​
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on market opportunities and competitor activities.​
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.​
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.​
Knowledge of Care Coordination Organizations (Tri-County Care, Care Design New York, and The Arc New York) is highly desirable.​
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.​
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.​
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.​
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for outreach activities.​

Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
