Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist & Digital Marketing Executive to drive lead generation,brand awareness, and customer acquisition through paid and organic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of online marketing strategies, data analytics, and ad campaignoptimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Linked In Ads.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and implement data-driven improvements.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve conversions.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic website traffic and search rankings.
Create and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, etc.).
Track website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar.
Develop and execute influencer marketing and brand partnership strategies to enhance reach and credibility.
Key Requirements:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
Skills:
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid ad platforms.
Hands-on experiencewith SEO, keyword research, and backlink strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
Ability to analyze data and create reports with insights and recommendations.
Strong understanding of conversion rateoptimization(CRO) techniques.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
Preferred:Experience in the fitness industry, e-commerce, or lead generation businesses is a plus.
