Position Overview:
Join as a Performance Marketing Associate to support growth through digital marketing. You’ll execute and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, analyzing data to improve ROI and user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other channels.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives.
Track app metrics and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or related field.
3-4 years of B2C app marketing experience.
Familiar with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and creative skills.
Basic SEO/SEM knowledge and ASO experience are a plus.
