Are you a proactive, detail-oriented marketing professional with a knack for organization, creativity, and execution? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and support our demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will be a PowerPoint ninja who likes design, has a panache for details, and writes with skills greater than AI. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, events, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Maintain a polished and professional social presence that enhances brand credibility and drives audience engagement.

Develop and maintain a detailed social media calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and organizational objectives.
Create and schedule high-quality, branded content for LinkedIn, including posts, graphics, and videos. Note: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required—Canva is not sufficient for this role.
Research and curate relevant industry and partner content for sharing across social media and newsletters.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering community engagement.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Content Development and SEO/SEM Management: Support content implementation that drive measurable improvements in website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Collaborate with internal teams to publish, and optimize website content such as blogs, landing pages, and press releases.
Regularly update and refine existing content to ensure SEO alignment.
Use tools like SEMrush to monitor website traffic, keyword performance, and conversion metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization.

Internal Gateway and SharePoint Management: Build and maintain a centralized repository that supports efficient team collaboration and resource accessibility.

Maintain and update the internal gateway and SharePoint portal to ensure all resources are current, well-organized, and easily accessible.
Conduct regular audits to archive outdated materials and ensure consistency with branding standards.
Respond proactively to internal material requests, guiding team members on effective resource usage.

Team Enablement and Internal Support: Equip teams with professional, high-quality materials and tools that support organizational success.

Create and refine PowerPoint presentations (you are the PowerPoint ninja!) for All-Hands meetings, sales enablement, and leadership updates using branded templates.
Review and QA internal and external materials (e.g., case studies, battlecards, blog posts) for branding, grammar, and messaging consistency.
Train team members on marketing tools, processes, and workflows to ensure seamless collaboration.

Event and Webinar Support: Deliver well-organized events that enhance attendee satisfaction and align with marketing goals.

Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring seamless execution and resolving issues proactively.
Assist in designing and reviewing event presentations to ensure branding and messaging consistency.
Manage post-event activities, including attendee surveys, insights, and performance reporting.

Newsletter Development: Foster stronger partner relationships and increase engagement through clear, consistent communication.

Write (better than AI), design, and distribute engaging newsletters for channel partners, highlighting campaigns, events, and organizational updates.
Maintain an up-to-date calendar of activities and key dates for inclusion in newsletters.
Monitor and analyze newsletter performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR) to refine content and improve impact.

Marketing Budget Administration: Maintain a well-organized and transparent budget process that supports strategic decision-making.

Track and reconcile marketing expenses, linking invoices and purchase orders to shared drive records for transparency.
Regularly update budget usage reports and provide insights on spending trends.

Requirements

Marketing Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital, content, and campaign execution.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM for campaign execution, workflows, and reporting.
Knowledge of WordPress for website updates and content management.

Communication Skills: Excellent writing and editing abilities for creating, editing content and collateral, ensuring error-free publications.

Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Analytical Mindset: Experience analyzing marketing data and creating actionable insights.

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with ZoomInfo for lead sourcing and data management.
Experience with PPC campaigns and LinkedIn advertising.
Knowledge of the telecom, technology, or SaaS/PaaS industries.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm.
Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast or able to work EST hours.
