Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and creative marketing professional to take our customer outreach to the next level. This role combines strategic marketing, online and in-person client engagement, and innovative clientele-building efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, a knack for storytelling, and the skills to connect with customers through digital platforms, local events, and other creative channels.
Key Responsibilities:
•* Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand visibility and drive foot traffic, both online and in-store.*
•* Digital Presence: Manage and grow our online presence, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), website updates, email campaigns, and e-commerce promotions.*
•* Content Creation: Create engaging content (photos, videos, blogs) showcasing our custom designs, repair services, and unique inventory to attract and retain customers.*
•* Clientele Building: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base through targeted outreach, partnerships, and local networking.*
•* In-Person Engagement: Plan and host events (e.g., trunk shows, workshops, or VIP nights) to connect with the community and build lasting relationships.*
•* Analytics & Growth: Track marketing performance, analyze customer trends, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and sales.*
•* Collaboration: Work closely with our team to highlight our in-house expertise and inventory in all marketing efforts.*
Qualifications:
•* Proven experience in marketing, client engagement, or sales (jewelry or luxury goods experience a plus but not required).*
•* Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and online trends.*
•* Excellent communication and storytelling skills to connect with diverse audiences.*
•* Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail—bonus if you have photography or graphic design skills.*
•* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, dedicated team.*
•* Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.*
•* Familiarity with jewelry or a willingness to learn about the industry is a plus.*
