Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the edtech sector
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS) to optimize campaign effectiveness
Prepare performance reports for the marketing team and stakeholders
Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems, with a focus on tools like Lead Square
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
Assist in content writing for landing pages and marketing messages
Support client onboarding by setting up ad accounts and configuring AIseny & Pabbly flows
Contribute to Whats App marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in performance marketing and the Ed-tech industry
Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation tools)
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
Creativity and willingness to contribute
innovative
ideas
