Key Responsibilities:
PPC Campaign Management :
Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels to maximize conversions and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Strategy Development :
Create data-driven,
results-oriented
performance marketing strategies. Design and manage campaigns that align with the business goals, customer acquisition, and lead generation objectives.
Budget Management
:
Oversee and manage the performance marketing budget across multiple channels, ensuring cost-efficient allocation and continual
optimization
to achieve performance goals.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation :
Implement advanced targeting strategies using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based segmentation for Meta Ads and Google Ads. Build custom audiences and retargeting strategies to increase conversions.
Creative
Optimization
:
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives (text, images, video, etc.) are aligned with campaign objectives and are optimized for maximum engagement and performance.
A/B Testing & Experimentation :
Continuously conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and user experience.
Analytics & Reporting :
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for key stakeholders.
Conversion Tracking & Funnel
Optimization
:
Monitor and optimize conversion funnels to improve lead quality, sales, and overall campaign performance. Implement tracking tags and ensure proper data collection on all platforms.
Continuous Learning
& Trends :
Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
Requirements:
Experience :
Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing with a strong focus on  Google Ads ,  Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta) , and other PPC platforms.
Hands-on experience
running and optimizing PPC campaigns, including search, display, shopping, and video ads.
Experience with
conversion rate
optimization
, landing page testing, and analyzing customer journeys.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation.
Skills :
Deep knowledge of  Google Ads ,  Meta Ads Manager , and other digital ad platforms.
Strong proficiency with  Google Analytics ,  Google Tag Manager , and third-party tracking tools.
