Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled and data-drivenPerformance Marketing Managerto lead our digital marketing initiatives for OYO Vacation Homes in Europe. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experiencein performance marketing, with a strong command of managing andoptimizing campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, FacebookAds, and YouTubeAds. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in setting up search campaigns, conducting in-depth keyword research, and implementing media planning and budgetingstrategies. Staying informed about the latest marketing trends is essential to drive innovation and achieve businessobjectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and oversee performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Set up and optimize search campaigns from scratch using Google Ads Editor to ensure effective structure and targeting.

Effective ad-budget management to maximize the ROI while maintaining growth momentum.

Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different ad creatives and messaging.

Implement audience segmentation strategies to target the right demographics and improve conversion rates.

Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads are engaging and aligned with brand messaging.

Maintain an effective campaign structure to efficiently manage and respond to customer demand.

Keyword Research:

Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner to identify high-performing opportunities.

Continuously refine keyword strategies to align with campaign goals and evolving market trends

Media Planning s Budgeting:

Develop comprehensive media plans to strategically allocate budgets across platforms and campaigns.

Effectively manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI while sustaining growth momentum.

Data Analysis s Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance metrics to extract insights and identify areas for optimization.

Generate detailed reports to communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Trend Analysis s Innovation:

Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams,to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Coordinate with external vendors and partners to explore growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications s Experience:

Proven expertise in running Google search and app campaigns.

Strong understanding of brand marketing strategies on digital platforms such as YouTube, META.

Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in performance marketing.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads, META Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, and analytics platforms.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Passion for keeping up with evolving marketing trends and technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technical or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
