About the Role –  As a Performance Marketing Manager at Swish, you’ll own end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll work across multiple platforms—including Meta, Google, and emerging channels—to optimize ad performance, scale campaigns efficiently, and maximize ROI. What You’ll Do

– Growth & Performance Marketing

Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other digital platforms

Drive user acquisition, app installs and conversions through targeted paid media strategies

Continuously analyze funnel performance and optimize campaigns for CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Campaign Execution &

Optimization

Set up and manage paid media campaigns, including A/B testing, audience segmentation and bid strategy

optimization

Monitor ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates

Leverage retargeting and lookalike audiences to improve retention and engagement

Analytics &

Budget Management

Track, analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics tools

Manage budgets efficiently to maximize returns while maintaining cost efficiency

Experiment with new channels, ad formats, and growth hacks to scale performance

What You’ll Need

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing

Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and analytics platforms

Strong

analytical skills

with experience in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution modeling

Hands-on experience

with A/B testing, conversion rate

optimization

, and audience targeting

A data-driven mindset with a passion for

continuous learning

Prior experience in gaming companies or digital agencies is a plus, as we’re looking for someone who understands high-volume user acquisition, aggressive A/B testing, and data-driven campaign scaling
