We at House of Anita Dongre, are hiring for a Performance Marketing Manager-
Responsibilities:
Owning the digital acquisition piece for HOAD in-house brands, across all channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations.
Working closely to build Partnerships for cross brand activities.
Work closely with Product and Design team to create the growth strategy.
Running exciting experiments on growth and strategy.
Lead, manage and monitor all digital campaigns.
Drive marketing programs which are highly targeted basis LTV of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Execute effective digital media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to AdWords, Facebook Ads, Display, Video, Re-marketing, Branding, Affiliates, etc.
Working on presentation/analytics/MIS and weekly/daily updates.
Execution of campaign setups and measuring their performance.
Well versed with data tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
Good conceptual understanding and execution skills to direct implementation and analysis of SEO.
Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Ecommerce / Fashion
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation
Experience: 5-8 years of experience into Ecommerce Performance Marketing & handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Technical Skills Required: Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Digital Media, Paid Media & SEO
