The Role
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving online visibility and patient acquisition through effective SEO strategies, paid campaigns, and website
optimization
. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives.  What You Will Do     Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.  Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and drive relevant traffic. Â Monitor and analyze ad performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Â Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to ensure alignment of performance marketing efforts with overall strategy.

The Role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.  5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, including SEO and paid campaigns.  Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a must.  Strong
analytical skills
with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Â Proven ability to achieve ROI targets whilst managing budgets efficiently.
