The Role at a Glance
The Manager, Marketing Campaigns & Email Strategy develops the strategy and leads the execution of marketing that enhances brand awareness, generates high-quality leads, and positions Brother Mobile Solutions (BMS) as a thought leader in the target markets. This role develops relevant content – including white papers, case studies, infographics, blog articles, slide decks, videos, and video testimonials – that can be used across multiple platforms to drive marketing campaign success.
This role works independently, collaboratively within a team, or with external agencies, the manager ensures seamless campaign execution. Additionally, this role runs the email marketing platform, manages nurture streams, schedules and deploys emails, and maintains the email calendar. The Manager also provides guidance on standard processes for content, design, automation, and audience segmentation to optimize email marketing performance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy, Development, Execution, and Reporting
Campaign Development and Execution – Work with appointed agency, marketing communications, and other key stakeholders to develop strategy, lead, and implement marketing campaigns across assigned target vertical market
Content Development – Identify trends and insights in the assigned vertical markets, using the business unit experts to build new content or re-purpose existing content, including but not limited to white paper, case study, infographic, blog piece, slide share, video, video testimonial, etc.
Digital Media Creation and Placement – Research, identify, and select the best digital ad placements for the assigned vertical markets; Manage the creative and content for the placement as well as monitor and report quarterly
Email Strategy
Lead email strategy and execution across all verticals and implement effective email marketing strategies that drive growth through various email journeys, marketing funnels, ad hoc blasts, and cross-team efforts within marketing
Develop and optimize email automation workflows for furthering leads and prospects, onboarding new customers, and maintaining ongoing engagement with existing customers
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine and implement campaigns that support business needs, growth targets, and mid-funnel customer journey
Optimize and segment house lists and identify areas to improve the quality of lists
Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize performance metrics such as open, click-through, and conversion rates
Ensure compliance with email marketing privacy and regulations
Generate detailed reports on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and return on investment, and use insight to drive strategy
Reporting, Budget Management, and Planning
Monitor and report on marketing campaign and email performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Communicate activities to management monthly
Report on campaign performance quarterly
Key Experience & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field
Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field – Preferred
Experience
7+ years of experience in the following areas (preferably in B2B):
Developing effective integrated marketing campaigns
Campaign operation, lead flow management, attribution models, and list segmentation
Managing email marketing automation platforms
Licenses & Certifications
Email Automation Platform Certification
Salesforce Admin Certification – Preferred
Languages
Spanish – Preferred
Software/Technical Skills
Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot or other)
Salesforce CRM
Project Management Tools (Click Up preferred) – Preferred
Other Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and complete tight deadlines
Ability to collaborate and develop teams to achieve desired results, by building trust and relationships with different functions in the organization
Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations, and advise the creative agency
Ability to self-motivate and focus on results
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) and presentation skills, with an ability to present to all levels of the organization
Basic knowledge of journey mapping and persona development
Compensation & Schedule for This Role
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers. #LI-Hybrid

The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $105,000 – $130,000 per year
Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives

About Where We Work
Brother’s corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet – equivalent to 26 football fields – and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA. Additionally, our outside sales teams work remotely within their territories, staying geographically close to the accounts they support to ensure they are always “at your side” for our customers.
