We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator to administer and support the health of our client’s social media channels. As a Social Media Coordinator/ Content Creator at Beyond Marketing and Events, you are a social media expert! You are up-to-date in the latest digital technologies and social media trends, and you know how to bring social media initiatives to life for your clients. You will work closely with our Social Media Director to craft creative visual content, compelling captions, strategic client recommendations, data reporting and social listening. You internally balance the needs of the team, while being a client-facing rock star that can be trusted to pick up the slack when the Social Media Director needs you.

Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative strategies to help expedite online visibility for all clients.
Conceptualize and develop engaging content amongst all social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok). Strong graphic design, video design, and video editing skills is a must-have!
Craft compelling captions / storytelling using the client’s distinct social tone-of-voice.
Assist in the creation of the monthly content calendar.
Collaborate with marketing team and Social Media Director to implement immediate marketing materials / strategies.
Monitor social media channels for social media trends and determine how to implement these trends to our clients.
Daily social listening and community reactive and proactive engagement of all accounts.
Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to help measure, track, and optimize marketing efforts.
Support paid efforts via boosting campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Design, color-correct, and edit social media posts as needed.
Hashtag and keyword research to assist in the optimization of all accounts.
Communicate with the client to discuss all social media efforts and implement new marketing objectives as needed.
Qualifications:
3-4 years experience in Social Media content creation.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MFA in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
Deep expertise in social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & TikTok.
Strong attention to detail and proactive work-ethic.
Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
Compelling copywriting skills.
Hands-on experience working in social media tools (Sprout Social, FBBM, Sprinklr, Flick, etc.)
Professional, results-oriented, self-starter
Bonus:
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Agency experience.
Previous experience in B2B marketing.

Salary: $45,000 to 50,000 per year
