Greenzang Properties is looking for an experienced leasing agent to lease apartments throughout Center City, Fishtown and the Art Museum area. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a fun, fast paced growing company. Manage your own schedule.
Some of the tasks are as follows:
-Create marketing description of apartments including pictures.
-Post ads on our website and on the internet.
-Manage leasing traffic, pre-screen and schedule showings for prospective renters.
-Show apartments including evening and weekends.
-Run credit check on applicants and review with Property Manager.
-Report back to Property Manager with feedback on guest cards, showings and apartment condition.
-Coordinate e-signing of lease, key pick-up and move-in.
*This is a predominantly commission based position with the opportunity to create your own schedule.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills and experience in Leasing is required
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law
Proficient in property management software such as Appfolio, Yardi and OneSite
Excellent negotiation and conflict management abilities
Strong organizational skills with experience in data entry and filing
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
