Are you interested in managing high-performing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other social media platforms? We’re looking for a data-driven digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to manage successful paid social campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.
How will you make a difference?
As a Social Media Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering measurable results by creating, managing, and reporting on paid social campaigns. Working alongside a team of experts, you’ll blend analytical and creative skills to develop effective ad strategies, test creative variations, and refine targeting for maximum impact. You’ll also directly communicate with clients, presenting insights and recommendations to achieve their goals.
By prioritizing your growth and development, we’ll ensure you stay on the cutting edge of platform and industry shifts to drive impactful results for your clients.
What will you do?
Monitor and analyze campaign performance on all social media platforms (Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) by translating quantitative and qualitative data into strategic recommendations.
Use statistical and competitive analysis to draw conclusions about advertising campaigns and make changes accordingly.
Build and launch creative and eye-catching Facebook, Instagram, and other social platform advertisements (i.e. writing text, headlines, and newsfeed link descriptions) to meet clients’ goals.
Test and analyze creative variations and targeting to determine the best strategy for each client and initiative.
Communicate via email and video call with clients on a regular basis regarding timelines, budgets, reporting, and analysis.
Present data analysis to clients via Excel and Looker Studio.
Collaborate with other Social Media team members and cross-functionally across departments on client communication and related action items.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of full-time professional experience in paid social marketing (Meta TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
Essential Qualifications:
High level of proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, conditional formatting, etc.)
Familiarity with paid social platforms
Proficiency in Google suite and Microsoft suite
Excellent time management, organization, and client-facing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
