Position Overview:
As a Physician Liaison at Rise Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with local medical providers and community groups. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the benefits of our one-on-one physical therapy treatment model, to educate healthcare professionals about our service offerings, and to collaborate with our team of physical therapists to ensure a comprehensive and seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with local medical providers, physicians, and community groups to promote Rise Physical Therapy’s services.
Marketing Strategy: Implement effective, data-driven marketing strategies to promote Rise Physical Therapy’s services, with a focus on the Rogers and Bentonville areas.
Education and Collaboration: Collaborate with our team of physical therapists to understand and communicate the benefits of physical therapy to healthcare professionals and the community.
Sales: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities for partnerships, referrals, and collaborative initiatives.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach programs to raise awareness about the importance of physical therapy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the healthcare industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in understanding and leveraging metrics and data to guide decision-making and demonstrate results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to actively listen, present ideas effectively, and build long-term professional relationships.
Passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving the quality of life for patients.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and community partners.
