Compensation:
Base Salary: $40,000 base/Annually + Uncapped Bonus Opportunities
Average Monthly Bonus: $3,000 – $6,000
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamic Leadership: Lead, inspire, and guide a team of canvassers to exceed goals. Your leadership will directly impact their success—and your financial rewards.
Recruitment: Attract and recruit top talent to join your team. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
Mentorship & Development: Provide continuous mentorship to your team members, offering actionable feedback and supporting their growth to improve overall performance.
Build Rapport: Establish lasting, positive relationships with homeowners, creating trust and delivering solutions to their home improvement needs.
Deliver Impactful Pitches: Confidently present the benefits and features of RCUSA’s offerings to potential customers.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Fieldwork: Be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners in person.
Field Navigation: Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to transport canvassers. A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are essential.
Onboarding: Complete all entry-level canvassing training as part of your onboarding process.

Qualifications
Proven experience in canvassing and door-to-door sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Leadership experience with a focus on team supervision
Background in marketing and customer service
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $81,473.00 – $95,369.00 per year
