Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials, assisting with events, and promotions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be 21 years of age
REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Valid Gaming card (Registered with Gaming Control).
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Coordinate content creation and distribution for promotional materials, newsletters, and advertisements.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
Assist in organizing and executing events and promotions.
Track event and promotion performance and collect feedback for future improvements.
Help manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and monitoring.
Collaborate on content creation, including graphics and video/photo materials.
Track digital marketing metrics and provide reports on engagement and performance.
Conduct research on competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for the marketing team.
Maintain promotional calendars and fact sheets.
Maintain storage area/inventory of promotional items
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Assist with internal and external communications, including social media, email marketing, and customer outreach.
