Job Description:
The Marketing & Events Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote events and services offered by The Amador Gallery. They will focus on driving ticket sales, building community engagement, and crafting memorable experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan and execute themed events aligned with The Amador Gallery’s new business direction.
● Create content calendars for social media and manage ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
● Handle email marketing, lead-generation funnels, and retargeting strategies. ● Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to enhance event offerings. ● Analyze marketing data to optimize performance and ROI.
Required Skills:
● Experience in event planning and marketing.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, and social media ads. ● Creative content development skills (graphics, video, and copywriting). ● Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success.
● WordPress savvy for managing event pages and blogs.
Salary/Offer:
● $40,000 to $55,000/year, or $3,300/month retainer.
